You will be given an agreement to sign at the meeting and our advisor will explain how the IBI trading platform works and how you can customize it to suit the type of dealing you’re interested in. Once you have signed the application form you will be given the number of your self-dealing account at IBI. This account will be activated after you make an initial deposit of cash or securities.
You will need to send us a copy of the deposit slip showing the initial deposit of funds or securities in your dealing account. This can be sent by either fax or email to our dealing room with a copy to the advisor you spoke to personally. Your account will only be activated after we receive this. This process takes 3 or 4 days following which you will receive an email from us containing your user name. For reasons of security, your password will be sent separately by SMS to your mobile.
