Tal joined I.B.I. in 2010 and held a series of management roles before being taking up his current position as Chief Executive of IBI Capital. He brings extensive financial market experience covering areas such as portfolio and fund management, research and equity trading.
Tal has BA degree in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University in addition to holding an investment portfolio management certificate from the Israel Securities Authority.
Tzvika is the founding partner of 102 Trust which recently merged with I.B.I. Capital. A veteran of the capital market with hands – on experience in advising M&A transactions and employee benefit plan design, he oversees all aspects of the professional administration of trusts including taxation, AML and general regulatory compliance. Before founding 102 Trust Tzvika held a senior role at the Israel Tax Authority where he was responsible for capital market regulation and employee benefits. He then went on to work at the law firm Herzog Fox & Neeman where he served as an associate with the firm's Tax practice.
In addition to founding 102 Trust, Tzvika has acted as adviser to the government on tax legislation and has also advised the banks sector on capital market - related issues. He also serves as board chairman at the independent supermarket chain AB Victory.
Tzvika is also a certified public accountant. He holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University and earned his LL.B. from the Ono Academic College.
Yaniv Erlich joined IBI as a Principal in IBI Capital dealing with a wide variety of trusts, including applicable tax and compliance aspects. Yaniv joins from GKH law offices, where he was the partner leading the Tax Department, specializing in advice to clients on a wide range of complex domestic and international tax issues including cross border transactions, transfer pricing, trusts, equity incentives and disputes with the Israeli tax authorities.
Yaniv is a member in the Israeli Bar Association since 2006 holding a first degree (L.L.B), and an M.B.A (both with honors) from the College of Management and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy.
Daniel brings 13 years' experience in trustee services and database management for companies that have equity – based compensation schemes for their employees. During this time he has advised and supported hundreds of companies in addition to having overseen the operations management in some of the largest mergers and acquisitions ever to have been concluded in Israel.
Before joining IBI Daniel worked at the top two trustee service companies in Israel (ESOP and Meitav Benefits) where he played an instrumental role in setting up and running the operational support for their services.
Daniel is responsible for the management of the operations interface with clients from product offering definition, supervision and implementation to database design and operation. His duties include the characterization and embedding of program management systems, delivering best practice in work procedures, and handling dealings with industry regulators, stock exchange members, brokers and dealing rooms.
Daniel graduated from the College of Management & Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion with an MBA.
Inbar has over 8 years' experience in trustee administration of equity compensation schemes. During this time she focused in particular on taxation issues and her recommendations have since been adopted and implemented by both privately – held and public Israeli and foreign companies. She has also advised many M&A transactions. Inbar is in charge of regulatory affairs at I.B.I. Capital, a role in which she ensures trust administration services comply with article 102 of the Income Tax Ordinance and other taxation requirements.
Inbar also provides professional support for the full range of I.B.I. Capital services, including paying trustee and escrow management.
Inbar was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006 and earned her LL.B. from the College of Management & Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion.
Zivan has 9 years capital markets' experience and was appointed to her current position four years ago.
Zivan earned a BA degree with distinction in Economics and Finance from the College of Management & Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion where she majored in finance, insurance and IT.
Bentzi is an experience manager with 13 years' management experience in employee benefits, portfolio and database management, which he gained in senior management roles at a number of leading Israeli and international privately – held and public companies.
An Israel Securities Authority – licensed portfolio manager, Bentzi holds a BA degree in Economics and Management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv – Jaffa.
Peretz has over 9 years' experience in equity trading and employee options management. Before joining I.B.I. he worked as client manager at a number of public and also privately – held companies, where his duties also included advising on the companies' flotation and subsequent share offerings on overseas markets and business relationships with Israeli and overseas stakeholders.
Harel worked as broker for 4 years, during which he gained extensive dealing experience with markets worldwide in a broad range of asset classes including Israeli and foreign securities, warrants and overseas bonds. He joined IBI as client manager two years ago.
Harel earned a BA degree in Economics and Finance from the College of Management & Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion where he majored in finance, insurance and IT.
