Tal joined I.B.I. in 2010 and held a series of management roles before being taking up his current position as Chief Executive of IBI Capital. He brings extensive financial market experience covering areas such as portfolio and fund management, research and equity trading.
Tal has BA degree in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University in addition to holding an investment portfolio management certificate from the Israel Securities Authority.
Alon took over as CEO of IBI Amban in mid - 2018, having previously served as the unit's deputy CEO. He previously worked at Bank Otsar Hehayal where he held a number of roles before joining IBI in 2004.
Alon has a BA degree in economics and an MBA. He is an ISA - licensed portfolio manager and also has a pension marketing license from the Ministry of Finance. In addition, Alon is a certified mediator and believes he has a lot to contribute in this area.
Emanuel has been with the firm since 1975, when he joined his associates, David Weisberg and Zvi Lubetzky, who originally founded what later became I.B.I. Investment House in 1971.
A graduate of the Department of Economics and History at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Emanuel has 50 years' experience of the financial markets and continues to play a leading role in the management of IBI in addition to engaging in portfolio management.
David co-founded the firm with Zvi Lubetzky in 1971 and continues to play a leading role in the management of the firm in addition to specializing in mutual fund and portfolio management. Before founding IBI he worked in a senior capacity at the Ministry of Transport where he helped shape government policy and oversaw financial management at Kibbutz Misgav Am where he was a member.
A 40-year veteran of the financial services sector, David holds a degree in economics and an MBA, both from Columbia University, New York.
Zvi co -founded Gachelet Investments, as IBI was originally known, in 1971 and worked in a variety of roles before becoming Chief Executive of the IBI Group, a role he held until 2008. He continues to serve as group chairman, a role in which he brings his extensive capital market and investment management experience.
Zvi holds a degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Iddo was Group Chief Executive from 2011 to 2018 and is now Vice Chairman of the IBI board and Chairman of IBI Brokerage. A 25 – year veteran of the financial markets, Iddo began his career as a floor trader at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and went on to fill a series of management roles in portfolio management and brokerage within the IBI group. Iddo is an ISA – licensed portfolio manager and holds a degree in life sciences and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
Elah serves as VP Business Development in addition to her role as board chair of the group’s mutual fund management subsidiary, IBI Mutual Fund Management. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets, she began her career as an analyst covering the pharmaceuticals industry and went on to found the IBI Research Department.
In 2012 Elah founded ‘Invest in Yourself’ – an IBI investment advice forum for women, which arranges meetings and activities for women who wish to gain a better understanding of financial issues.
Elah has a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and a master’s degree in business administration, physiology and pharmacology from the Tel Aviv University Sackler Faculty of Medicine.
Dave was appointed CEO of the IBI Group at the beginning of 2019. Previously he was CEO of IBI Amban Investment Portfolio Management, a role in which he utilized his extensive experience in investment management for both private and institutional clients. His specialty areas are alternative investments, pension planning and taxation issues. Dave has worked in a number of management roles across the IBI Group and was previously deputy CEO of IBI Amban, Corporate and Institutional Client Manager, Chief Investment Officer of the group's provident fund management unit, IBI Gemel, and dealing room managers.
He is currently a member of the IBI board and chairman of IBI Mutual Funds.

Shiri took over as Group HR director at IBI in 2015 and has worked in human resource management for over 15 years. She has held senior people management roles at a number of major employers focusing in particular on cross - organization integration and development processes.
Shiri holds a BA degree in Business Administration and an MA degree in Labor Relations, both from Tel Aviv University.
Ori became CEO of the IBI mutual fund unit in 2012. He was previously CEO of exchange traded fund manager Index and before that he was deputy CEO at Migdal Asset Management.
Ori has a BA degree in business administration and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
Livnat was appointed CEO of IBI Brokerage in 2018 and brings over 20 years' experience in the financial markets. She previously held a number of key roles at Union Bank, culminating in the management of the bank's dealing rooms and brokerage and FX operations.
Livnat holds a BA in Business Management and an MBA with specialties in finance and derivatives trading from the College of Management & Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion.
Oren was appointed VP Sales and Marketing in 2014 and brings over 10 years capital market experience. He was previously VP Sales at Migdal Capital Markets and before that he was a senior investment advisor at Bank Hapoalim.
Oren has a BA in economics from the Open University of Israel and holds an investment marketing license from the Israel Securities Authority.
Dror joined IBI in 1994 as financial controller, a role he held until being appointed Group Finance Director.
Dror graduated from Tel Aviv University with a BA degree in accounting and economics and is also a certified public accountant.
Meir has over 20 years' experience in IT systems and in the past 15 years he has focused specifically on financial services – related applications. Before joining IBI in 2007, he held senior development roles at IBM, Poalim Sahar and Gmul Investment Co.
Mirit joined IBI as internal auditor in 2005 and was appointed group internal auditor in 2011. She has extensive internal auditing experience within the financial services industry having previously worked in audit roles at Clal Insurance and at one of Israel's leading accountancy firms.
Mirit holds a BA in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the College of Administration in Tel Aviv.
Oren was appointed legal counsel in 2015. He brings extensive experience in legal guidance and capital market regulation having previously worked in an advisory capacity in the capital market unit at law firm Tadmor & Co, Yuval Levy & Co, as well as at Israel Discount Bank and broker Altshuler Shaham.
Oren graduated from the Herzilya Interdisciplinary Center with an LL.B and a BA degree in Government.
