IBI CAPITAL lends its name and is registered only formally as the owner of the assets, the owner of the bank account in which the assets are deposited and in the legal registry of the asset (Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Land). Let us emphasize that the identity of the owner is reported as required by law to the tax authorities and the Israel Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority.
