The business of IBI's Investment Banking Division is the initiation, implementation and management of real as well as financial transactions (in both listed and non-listed securities) in a variety of areas both in Israel and abroad.

In addition to its special capabilities in Israeli operations, as a part of IBI Investment House Ltd., this division also benefits from a broad network of overseas connections generating access to one-off transaction opportunities in foreign markets for Israeli Clients while, on the other hand, facilitating enlistment of foreign investors looking for investment objectives in Israel and abroad.

Our Investment Banking Division is active in the following areas:
